- MilitaryOneSource.com provides step-by-step advice on the adoption process. It is a free service provided by the Department of Defense for active-duty, Guard, and Reserve service members and their families.
- KMC Adoption Support group is sponsored by the USAF 86TH AW/CH Outreach Program, Ramstein AB and serves Americans living in Europe. It is a group consisting of Americans who have adopted or are in the process of adopting.
- Those living in Japan can find a social worker through International Mental Health Professionals Japan.
- International Social Service (ISS) is a nonsectarian, nonprofit international social work agency.
